2005年从部队转业的于军,现在是杭州湾新区行政服务中心的副主任。转业之初,于军也有机会选择留在南京,因为他是江苏人,选择留在家乡或许是许多人的心愿。但于军放弃了这个机会,他说当时选择宁波工作,因为妻子是本地人,所谓娶妻随妻。最终于军选择了杭州湾新区,却是于军的“偏执”。转业之初,摆在于军面前的是两个选择,一是去经济发达的龙山镇政府工作,做一名公务员;二是去杭州湾新区做一名事业编制成员。最终,于军选择了杭州湾新区。
