目的:为了解部队营区环境质量,提出对环境质量统一的评价标准,旨在保障部队官兵的健康。方法:在收集有关资料的基础上,对营区的宏观整体效应、战士居住条件、绿化、道路和卫生设施及管理5个方面10项内容,采用现场调查,对营区宏观环境质量分三级评价。结果:通过研究提出的环境质量评价标准为:总分>80分、单项无<6分的评为优;总分>60分、单项无<3分的评为优良;总分<60分或总分>60、单项有<3分的评为一般。按上述标准对53个部队营院进行调查,评为优和良的各占24.5%,评为一般的占51.0%,优良率仅占49.0%。结论:营区宏观环境质量三级评价方法及评价标准是可行的。以此标准评价,所调查的部队营区宏观环境质量还不够高。建议部队应全面加强营区环境质量建设
Objective: To understand the environmental quality of the battalion barracks, put forward a unified evaluation criteria for the quality of the environment aimed at safeguarding the health of the troops and soldiers. Methods: Based on the collection of relevant data, the author conducted field investigation on the macroscopic overall effect of the camp area, living conditions of fighters, afforestation, road and sanitation facilities and management, and conducted on-site evaluation on the macroscopic environmental quality of the camp area in three levels. Results: The evaluation criteria of environmental quality proposed by the research were as follows: the total score was> 80 points, the individual score was <6 points, the total score was> 60 points, the individual score was <3 points; the total score was <60 points or Total score> 60, individual with <3 points as normal. According to the above-mentioned standards, 53 army camps were surveyed and rated as excellent and good, accounting for 24.5% and 51.0% respectively, with an excellent and good rate of 49.0%. Conclusions: Three-level evaluation methods and evaluation criteria of macroscopic environmental quality in YingChang are feasible. Based on this standard assessment, the quality of the macroscopic environmental quality of the camps under investigation is not high enough. The proposed troops should comprehensively strengthen the camp’s environmental quality
