目的 探讨急性低压缺氧对T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响 方法 将昆明种小白鼠分为3组,急性低压缺氧7km 30min、60min及地面对照组。实验组在7km分别停留30min、60min后,下降至地面。处死。应用~3H-TdR掺入法检测淋巴细胞增殖水平;结果 急性低压缺氧7km 60min组与地面对照组比较:ConA的增殖反应差异有显著性(P<0.01)、LPS的增殖反应没有显著性差异(P>0.05);急性低压缺氧7km 30min组与地面对照组比较:ConA的增殖反应有显著性差异(P<0.05)、LPS的增殖反应没有显著性差异(P>0.05);急性低压缺氧7km60min组与30min组比较对ConA、LPS的增殖反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 7km急性低压缺氧对细胞免疫有抑制作用,对体液免疫无影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of acute hypobaric hypoxia on the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes in mice Methods Kunming mice were divided into three groups: acute hypobaric hypoxia 7km 30min 60min and ground control group. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the proliferative response of ConA was significantly different (P <0.01) (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the proliferative response of ConA in acute hypobaric hypoxia 7km 30min group was significantly different (P <0.05), the proliferation reaction of LPS had no significant difference (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in the proliferative response between ConA and LPS when compared with 30min oxygen group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Acute hypobaric hypoxia of 7km can inhibit cellular immunity and has no effect on humoral immunity.
