利用失重法及动电位极化曲线法研究了非离子表面活性剂吐温-40对冷轧钢在1.0~8.0 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.结果表明:吐温-40是冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中好的缓蚀剂,最大缓蚀率可达92.5%,且用量较小,但随盐酸浓度和温度的增加均有所下降.吐温-40为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,冷轧钢的腐蚀规律符合Mathur经验公式.添加吐温-40后冷轧钢的腐蚀速度常数k明显下降,而动力学常数B则增大.活化能(Ea)和指前因子(A)都有所增加.
The corrosion inhibition of non-ionic surfactant Tween-40 on cold-rolled steel in 1.0 ~ 8.0 mol / L HCl solution was investigated by weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization curve.
