对 6个有代表性的番茄材料在高温胁迫下植物形态学和生理学的一些变化进行了研究 ,旨在探索快速、可靠、简便的番茄耐热性鉴定技术。调查重庆地区夏季田间种植的不同品种番茄 ,田间对自然高温的反应 ,发现统计座果率、果实商品性、产量、单果种子数等性状是鉴定番茄耐热性最可靠的方法。室内测定花粉活力、细胞膜热稳定性、SOD活性变化、游离脯氨酸含量变化 ,结合人工模拟高温条件鉴定热害指数 ,能较准确、快捷地鉴定出品种耐热性的强弱
Some representative morphological and physiological changes of tomato materials under high temperature stress were studied in order to explore the rapid, reliable and easy identification of tomato heat tolerance. To investigate the responses of different tomato cultivars grown in summer field in Chongqing to natural high temperature in the field, it was found that the statistics of fruit yield, fruit commerciality, yield and the number of seeds per fruit were the most reliable methods to identify the heat tolerance of tomato. Indoor determination of pollen viability, cell membrane thermal stability, SOD activity changes, free proline content, combined with simulated high temperature conditions to identify the thermal index, can more accurately and quickly identify the heat resistance of the species strength
