目前,我国已经出现了一些由政府资金支持的风险投资,外国的风险资本正登陆抢滩,民间资本也跃跃欲试,风险投资业前景看好。当前我国风险投资的资金来源中,主要以政府资金为主。那么,政府资金用于风险投资,是喜还是忧?本文拟作一理论上的探讨。
At present, there have been some venture investments supported by government funds in our country. Foreign venture capital is landing on the beach and private capital is also on the eagerness. The prospect of venture capital industry is promising. At present, China’s venture capital sources, the main government funds. So, the government funds for venture capital, is hi or worry? This paper is intended to make a theoretical discussion.
