目的 :探讨DF Nd :YAG治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞 (branchretinalveinocclusion ,BRVO)的方法和结果。方法 :回顾性分析 64例视网膜分支静脉阻塞的DF Nd :YAG的治疗 ,根据眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)将 64例视网膜分支静脉阻塞分为缺血型和非缺血型 ,分别采取不同的光凝方法进行治疗 ,并分析治疗结果。结果 :64例视网膜分支静脉阻塞中 5 8例 (90 6% )治疗有效。其中 3 5例 (5 4 7% )病程小于 3个月 ,2 3例 (3 5 9% )病程在4～ 6个月。缺血型 3 8例 (5 2 6% )治疗后视力进步 ,非缺血型 2 6例 (88 5 % )治疗后视力进步。结论 :DF Nd :YAG治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞可以取得缩短病程 ,减少并发症发生 ,保护中心视力的作用。视网膜分支静脉阻塞缺血型和非缺血型激光治疗的目的 ,方法和结果均有不同
Objective: To investigate the methods and results of DF Nd: YAG in the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods: Sixty-four cases of DF Nd: YAG with retinal vein occlusion were retrospectively analyzed. According to fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), 64 cases of retinal branch vein occlusion were divided into ischemic and non-ischemic groups. Different doses of light Coagulation method for treatment, and analysis of treatment results. Results: Fifty-eight cases (90.6%) of the 64 cases had retinal vein occlusion. Of these, 35 (54.7%) had less than 3 months of disease course and 23 (35.9%) had courses of 4 to 6 months. Visual acuity improved after treatment in 38 cases (52.6%) of ischemic type, and 26 cases (88.5%) in non-ischemic group improved visual acuity after treatment. Conclusion: Treatment of retinal branch vein occlusion with DF Nd: YAG can shorten the course of the disease, reduce the incidence of complications and protect the central visual acuity.
