十四岁,是个关键的年龄.十四岁,好比人生的路口,每个人都要从这里走过,告别天真、烂漫的少年时代,然后迈步走向日趋成熟的青年时期.处于这个年龄段的学生,心理、生理都在发生着显著的变化,思想处于一种半幼稚、半成熟、半独立、半依赖的状态,容易出现各种各样的问题.从某种意义上说,对于这一年龄段的学生,需要特殊的护理.这就给我们班主任老师提出了一个重要课题:怎样帮助学生过好“十四岁”?我多年担任初中孩子们的班主任,曾数次为学生举办十四岁的集体“生日”活动,使十四岁这个年龄,成为学生立志、奋发的年龄.这里讲述其中的一次:
