股份制专家、北京标准股份制咨询公司总经理刘纪鹏在北京天则研究所“双周论坛”中提出:法人股概念的诞生及其实践,是中国股份制的最突出特色,是中国人在推进现代企业制度并建立资本市场的实践中,将西方理论与中国国情巧妙结合的一个范例;甚至也可以说它是中国股份试验能否成功的一把钥匙。我们应当大力推进它而使之向更加规范的方向转化,而不应该否定它和扼杀它。

System and the establishment of a capital market as an example of the ingenious combination of Western theory and China’s national conditions; it can even be said that it is a key to the success of the Chinese stock test. Instead of denying it and strangling it, we should vigorously promote it so that it can be transformed into a more normative direction.
