建筑工程施工行业从古至今都是安全事故高发的高风险行业,建筑工程施工过程中稍有疏忽就会发生诸多的各种各样的安全事故,每一起施工安全事故的发生不仅会给国家或企业带来巨大的经济损失,还会在社会上产生负面的舆论影响。每发生一起工程施工安全事故便带走一个或多个家庭的幸福生活,这不仅仅会对每一位从事建筑施工类行业的劳动者产生心理上的极大负担,也可能会导致一个企业陷入无尽的纠纷。所以,针对建筑工程施工过程中的安全风险管理与防范的探究有着更加迫切的主观现实意义。这几年,国家陆陆续续出台了关于建筑工程施工的各项法律法规,进一步建立并完善建筑工程施工安全管理体系来约束各建筑工程施工类企业以及从事建筑工程施工类行业的劳动者,不断地提高人们对从事建筑工程施工行业的安全认知,使得建筑工程施工安全生产管理的能力有了突破性的提高。但即使是这样,我国每年因建筑工程施工安全生产事故所产生的人员伤亡依旧比较高,本文通过从各方面研究分析建筑工程施工安全风险,对比了国内外建筑工程施工风险管理体系的理论与实践,针对工程施工事故的特点进行了计算和分析,得出了各种造成工程施工安全事故发生的原因与潜在因素,结合了我国在工程施工安全生产管理方面的发展,从建筑工程施工的技术层面和管理层面就如何有效的防止施工事故的发生和怎样加强施工安全生产监督管理进行主要研讨,来推进施工管理制度的创新,改进现有的施工管理手段。以建设现代化建筑工程施工企业安全文明体系为目标,就如何有效提高建筑工程施工安全管理水平且确保生产目标安全生产进行研讨探究。
