地处我国最北面的黑龙江省,钻探冬季施工的供水问题,一度成为生产上的拦路虎.无产阶级文化大革命以来,我队广大职工政治觉悟空前提高,在毛主席革命路线指引下,发扬了敢想、敢干的革命精神,经过反复实践,终于试验成功了冬季明管送水,从而扭转了钻探施工“半年生产半年闲”的被动局面.我们采取的方法是,架设明管,先送热水后送凉水.具体做法如下:
