患者,男,27岁.5年多来常在激动、运动、热水浴时突然发作心悸、胸闷、头晕不适.在多家医院作X线和超声心动图检查心肺正常.发作时心率为150~210次/分,静脉注射利多卡因、三磷酸腺苷无效.食道心房调搏可以诱发但未能终止发作.口服乙胺碘呋酮数次后常能恢复窦性心律.1990年6月16日发作32小时来诊,查体:一般情况好,心界不大,心率150次/分,第一心音分裂,未闻心杂音.心电图QRS波呈右束支阻滞伴电轴左
