本文分 A、B 两组,比较了右胸导联心电图与年龄的关系。A 组100名,男48名,女52名,年龄为26—50岁,平均36岁;B 组100名,男55名,女45名,年龄51—78岁,平均59岁。结果显示:正常右胸导联心电图随年龄不同而存在一定差异:1.~v3R 导联 r 波振幅随年龄增加而减低;2.在~v3R—~v6R 导联中,正向 T 波频数随年龄增加而增加;3.qr 和 qs 波形频数似也随年龄增加而增加。其它各波形、振幅、ST 偏移程度无差异。了解这种与年龄有关的规律变化,对于心电图诊断右室梗塞,具有一定的参考意义。
This article points A, B two groups, compared the right chest lead ECG and the relationship between age. A group of 100, 48 males and 52 females, aged 26-50 years old, an average of 36 years old; B group of 100, 55 males and 45 females, aged 51-78 years, mean 59 years. The results showed that there were some differences in ECG of normal right chest lead with age: 1. The r-wave amplitude of lead of 1 ~ v3R decreased with increasing age; 2. The frequency of positive T wave in ~ v3R- ~ v6R Age increases; 3.qr and qs waveform frequency also increases with age. Other waveforms, amplitudes, ST offset no difference. Understanding of this age-related changes in the law for the diagnosis of right ventricular ECG, has some reference value.
