我院自1971年开展防治慢性气管炎研究工作以来,共防治慢性气管炎病人200例,取得了一定疗效,并积累了大量资料,本文仅从X线角度初步整理、分析了1972至1977年五年间,有X线胸部照片对比的65例,着重讨论五年来肺纹理、肺气肿及肺心病X线征象的动态变化及其临床意义,为深入研究慢性气管炎防治提供依据。
