The prominent problem of engineering safety has seriously threatened the survival and development of mankind. In order to promote the research of engineering safety and advance the progress of engineering ethics, the Symposium on “Engineering Ethics and Engineering Safety” co-sponsored by Natural Science Dialectics Magazine of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing University of Technology Marxism College.
