Held by the Guangxi Institute of Hydraulic and Hechi Motor Engineering Society jointly held “under the bridge Karst Hydropower Engineering Geological Seminar” January 1992 January 5 to 7 held in Hechi, Guangxi. The leaders of 11 units such as Guangxi Planning Commission, Water Resources and Electric Power Bureau, Electric Power Industry Bureau, Electric Power Industry Investigation and Design Institute, Hydropower Design Institute and other experts in geology and hydropower attended the meeting. Xiaqiao Hydropower Station is the most upstream rung of the Longjiang Cascade Hydropower Station in Guangxi.
