结合现有的中职物流专业学生人才培养方案和社会需求,中职物流专业毕业生就业的方向应是物流企业最基层的的操作岗位,岗位技能要求较单一,教师在日常教学中应当将任务驱动教学模式渗透其中,发展学生的技能与水平,让学生更精准的完成工作任务,以便更好的提高工作效率。笔者结合自身教学经历,对中职物流教学中应用的任务驱动教学模式进行初步探讨。
Combined with the existing training programs for talented students majoring in physical education in secondary vocational schools and the needs of the society, the orientation of the employment of secondary vocational logistics graduates should be the most basic level of operational positions in logistics enterprises with relatively simple job skills requirements. Teachers should assign tasks in their daily teaching Driven teaching model to infiltrate them, the development of students’ skills and level, so that students more precise completion of tasks in order to better improve work efficiency. Based on my own teaching experience, the author discusses the mission-driven teaching mode applied in logistics teaching in secondary vocational schools.
