在YH23-1-26井事故处理过程中,受作业环空间隙和工具强度的限制,很难进行常规的倒扣和切割作业。通过事故处理手段的对比选择,采用镁粉切割最为适合。介绍了镁粉切割工具的结构、工作原理及优点。现场应用表明,镁粉切割技术具有工艺简单可靠、操作便捷、切割鱼头规则、切割成功率高等诸多优点,非常适合深井超深井小井眼事故的处理。
In the YH23-1-26 accident treatment process, due to the operating ring gap and tool strength constraints, it is difficult to carry out the conventional back-flip and cutting operations. Through the comparison of accident treatment options, the most suitable use of magnesium powder cutting. The structure, working principle and advantages of magnesium powder cutting tools are introduced. The field application shows that the magnesium powder cutting technology has the advantages of simple and reliable process, convenient operation, rule of cutting head and high success rate of cutting, which is very suitable for the processing of deep well ultra-deep well slim hole accidents.
