诺基亚西门子通信公司中国区首席技术官,研究院负责人。在此之前,司徒先生于1998年起曾任西门子(中国)有限公司通信集团研发中心总经理。司徒先生于1990年加入西门子,任职于设在奥地利维也纳的西门子公司通信交换分部。加入西门子之前,司徒先生在在清华大学环境工程系担任副教授。司徒先生1985年于奥地利格拉茨的格拉茨理工大学机械系获得博士学位,1986年6月到1988年1月间在美国纽约州立大学科学和森林环境学院完成博士考评阶段。
Nokia Siemens Networks CTO China, head of the Institute. Prior to that, Mr. Stuart served as General Manager of Communications Group R & D Center of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. since 1998. Mr. Stuart joined Siemens in 1990, working for the Siemens Corporate Communications Division in Vienna, Austria. Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Stuart was an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering at Tsinghua University. Mr. Stuart earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Graz Institute of Technology in Graz, Austria in 1985 and completed his Ph.D. evaluation from June 1986 to January 1988 at the State University of New York at the College of Science and Forest Environment.
