在青海春油菜生态区的田间试验结果表明:长江中游的单、双低半冬性甘蓝型油菜品种资源,绝大部分能正常生长适时成熟。这些品种资源与波里马细胞质雄性不育材料测交和连续回交,大部分半冬性品种的回交后代彻底不育,而春性品种的后代出现微粉。半冬性品种转育的不育系或恢复系与春性品种转育的恢复系或不育系配制的杂种优势明显。今后春油菜区波里马不育胞质三系杂种的选育,应用长江中游双低半冬性品种(系)转育的不育系与加拿大和欧洲的春性品种(系)转育的恢复系配制杂种。
The results of field experiments in the spring rapeseed ecological zone in Qinghai showed that most of the single and double low winter rapeseed varieties in the middle reach of the Yangtze River can grow normally and mature in time. The resources of these cultivars were cross-pollinated and continuously backcrossed with Polima cytoplasmic male sterile material, and the backcrossed progeny of most semi-winter varieties were completely sterile, whereas the progeny of spring cultivars appeared micronized. Semi-winter varieties of sterile lines or restorer lines and spring varieties of the restorer lines or sterile lines prepared hybrids obvious advantages. In the next spring rapeseed area Polima infertility cytoplasm three-line hybrid breeding, the application of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River double low semi-winter varieties (lines) of the sterile line with Canadian and European spring varieties (lines) Restoration lines make hybrids.
