1997年夏季分别对228份江苏省淮南夏大豆种质和264份外引大豆种质进行简易耐光氧化和耐旱种质资源的批量筛选鉴定。结果表明:不同品种之间的耐光氧化特性存在明显差异,耐性特点在群体水平上呈正态分布;耐和不耐光氧化品种的百分率均较低,大部分种质为中间水平。选出耐光氧化种质16份,它们主要来源于低纬度地区。同时用盆栽人工控水的方法对50份大豆种质进行耐旱性鉴定,并分析了大豆耐光氧化性与耐旱性的关系,结果表明两者呈极显著正相关(r=0.8366**)。建议将简易耐光氧化鉴定作为大豆耐旱育种的一个技术程序。
In the summer of 1997, 228 samples of Huai Nan summer soybean germplasm and 264 introduced soybean germplasm were screened and identified in simple photosynthetic and drought tolerant germplasm resources respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences in light-resistant and oxidative properties among different cultivars, and the tolerance trait was normally distributed at the population level. The percentages of resistant and light-tolerant varieties were lower and most of the germplasms were intermediate. Selected 16 varieties of light-resistant oxidants, they mainly come from low latitudes. At the same time, 50 soybean germplasms were identified for their drought tolerance by artificial control of water by potting, and the relationship between light-tolerant oxidation resistance and drought tolerance of soybean was analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.8366 * *). It is suggested that simple light-resistant oxidative identification be used as a technical procedure for drought-tolerant soybean breeding.
