新型混凝土材料由于质量不太稳定,对墙体材料的应用技术规范还不够完善,加上缺乏严格按照新型混凝土墙材的特性进行施工,在墙材大面积革新的过程中,产生了许多工程质量通病的问题,其中墙体开裂以及由此引发的渗漏问题已成为质量通病问题中的主要方面,也是人们最为关心问题。本文基于上述内容,提出预防为主,治理为辅的砌块墙体裂缝质量通病的维护方案。
