伊通河流域孕育了人类的早期文明,经历了各民族的兴衰和政权更迭,发生了许多重大历史事件,对这里的开发和建设进程产生过深远的影响。近代的伊通河流域,在帝国主义列强的侵略和奴役下,出现了畸形的“繁荣”发展,然而这种“文明”成果带给人民的,却是无尽的痛苦和灾难。新中国成立后的伊通河流域则获得了新生,得到了前所未有的发展,但同时也存在着许多问题,其教训是非常深刻的。
Yitong River Basin has given birth to the early civilization of mankind, experienced the rise and fall of various nationalities and the change of political power. Many major historical events have taken place and have had a profound and far-reaching impact on the development and construction here. In the current Yitong River basin, under the aggression and enslavement of the imperialist powers, there has been an abnormal “prosperity” development. However, this “civilized” achievement has brought untold suffering and disaster to the people. After the founding of New China, the Yitong River Basin has gained a new life and has enjoyed unprecedented development. However, there are still many problems at the same time.
