在职业学校中引入特色的企业文化,构建具有鲜明“职业”特色的校园文化,为社会培养更合格的现代职业人,在促进学生“职业化”进程中发挥巨大作用。文章结合溧阳中专校企合作,剖析将企业文化融入职业学校素质教育的实践途径。
The introduction of a distinctive corporate culture in vocational schools and the construction of a campus culture with distinctive “vocational” characteristics and the cultivation of more qualified modern professionals in society play a significant role in promoting the “professionalization” of students. Based on the cooperation between Lianyang technical schools and enterprises, this article analyzes the practical ways to integrate the corporate culture into vocational school quality education.
