本文观察了产程中不同程度羊水污染184例,进行电子胎心监护、脐动脉血气测定和新生儿Apgar评分。结果表明;重度污染组中50%有孕期合并症,43.40%有产时合并症。该组异常胎心图多,脐动脉血pH低值率高,1分钟Apgar低分(≤7)率和胎便吸入综合征(MAS)发生率较其他组明显高,说明重度污染是胎儿宫内缺氧的标志,加强产时羊水监测具有重要的临床意义。
This article observed 184 cases of varying degrees of amniotic fluid contamination in the labor process, electronic fetal heart monitoring, umbilical arterial blood gas and neonatal Apgar score. The results showed that 50% pregnant women with severe contamination had complications during pregnancy and 43.40% had complications during labor.
