近年来石化企业陷入了亏损越来越多的困境。用量本利等传统分析方法研究减亏问题,在控制思想、控制领域、控制目标、控制手段等方面都存在局限性。价值链理论则把减亏视角延伸到企业外部,从能否形成价值增值的角度思考问题。从外部价值链上分析原因,发现石化企业普遍在产业布局、一体化运作、指标控制方法、与外部供应商寻求共赢等方面存在改进空间,因而石化企业应把减亏的思考方向集中到产业价值链、财务价值链、采购价值链、营销价值链。
In recent years, petrochemical enterprises have fallen into more and more difficulties. The amount of profit and other traditional analytical methods to study the issue of reducing losses in the control of thinking, control areas, control objectives, control measures, there are limitations. The value chain theory extends the perspective of reducing the loss to the outside of the enterprise, thinking from the angle of whether the value added is formed or not.
