一全國高等師範學校在過去四年中,都經過了初步改革,其中尤其是教師思想改造,爲教學改革創造了有利的條件。解放初期,我們廢除了反動課程,添設了革命政治課,以及改變了某些學科的內容、教學方法,事實上,就開始了教學改革的過程,但比較系統的教學改革,卻是最近一年或不到一年的事。在全國各校所進行的教學改革工作是不平衡的,一般說,都有了一定的經驗。目前我們提出的問題,是從現在各校教學改革的基礎上,爲今後數年內全國高等師範學校進一步的教學改革,確定一個明確的方針。因此,近一年各校教學改革實踐中存在的帶一般性和原則性的一些問題,是應該提出來討論的。爲此,我們要求同志們特別是各院校同志們,對教學改革多多提出問題、提出意見。爲了引起大家討論,我想就以下幾方面來談一談。
A national higher normal school has undergone preliminary reforms in the past four years, among which the teacher’s ideological reform in particular has created favorable conditions for teaching reform. In the early period of liberation, we abolished the reactionary courses, added the courses of revolutionary politics and changed the content and teaching methods of certain subjects. At present, the issue we are asking is to set a definite guideline on the basis of the current teaching reform in all the schools and to further the teaching reform in all higher normal schools in the next few years. Therefore, some issues of generality and principle that exist in the practice of teaching reform in different schools in the past year should be discussed and discussed. To this end, we urge comrades, especially comrades of universities and colleges, to raise a large number of questions and put forward opinions on the teaching reform. In order to arouse discussion, I would like to talk about the following aspects.
