利用20—甲基胆蒽诱发小鼠颌下腺纤维肉瘤;并将其分离培养获得纤维肉瘤传代细胞;再将培养的纤维肉瘤传代细胞分别以1×105及2×106细胞数接种到裸鼠及BALB/c小鼠腰背部皮下。结果:裸鼠移植成功率为100%,小鼠移植成功率20%。经肉眼、光镜、电镜水平的观察结果证明:获得的移植瘤潜伏期短、无自发消退、鼠间传代成功率高,并且保持了原发肿瘤的组织形态和生物学特性。可移植小鼠颌下腺纤维肉瘤模型的建立为口腔颌面部纤维肉瘤的基础研究提供了必要的工具。
Submandibular gland fibrosarcoma was induced by 20-methylcholanthrene, and the cells were isolated and cultured to obtain fibrosarcoma passage cells. The cultured fibrosarcoma passage cells were inoculated into nude mice and BALB at 1 × 10 5 and 2 × 10 6 cells, respectively / C mice lumbar and back subcutaneous. Results: The success rate of transplantation in nude mice was 100% and the success rate of mice transplantation was 20%. The naked eye, light microscopy, electron microscopy observation results show that: the transplanted tumor obtained short incubation period, no spontaneous regression, high success rate of passage between rats, and maintain the primary tumor morphology and biological characteristics. The establishment of portable mouse submandibular fibrosarcoma model provides the necessary tools for the basic research of oral and maxillofacial fibrosarcoma.
