三种金属阳离子盐液的诱导形成和保护伤寒沙门菌Vi抗原作用的研究

本法以Mg2+、Ca2+、Fe2+3种金属阳离子盐液诱导产生和保护伤寒沙门菌Vi抗原。结果表明，96株Vi－Ⅱ噬菌体标准菌100．0％为Ⅴ型菌；1320株地方菌株中1292株菌为Ⅴ型菌，占97．9％，28株菌为W型菌，占2．1％。优于其他关于Vi抗原每年丢失率为5．0％的报道。

This law to Mg2 +, Ca2 +, Fe2 + 3 kinds of metal cation salt solution to induce the production and protection of Salmonella typhi Vi antigen. The results showed that 100.0% of 96 Vi-Ⅱ bacteriophages were V-type bacteria. Among the 1320 strains, 1292 were V-type bacteria, accounting for 97.9%. 28 strains were W-type bacteria. 1%. Better than any other reports about the annual loss rate of Vi antigen is 5.0%.
