在交流电动机变频调速系统中,转差控制系统具有优良的特性,它能使电动机快速起动,正反转和快速停车,能在较宽的范围内调速,其性能接近于直流电动机双闭环系统的指标,但是,如果系统调整不当,则很难达到预期的效果。本文简叙了转差系统的原理、几种控制方案和调整方法,指出了调试中可能出现的问题和解决的方法,并提供了实验结果。
In the AC motor frequency control system, the slip control system has excellent characteristics, it can make the motor fast start, forward and reverse and fast stop, can speed in a wide range, its performance close to the DC motor double closed loop System indicators, however, if the system is not properly adjusted, it is difficult to achieve the desired results. This paper briefly describes the principle of the slip system, several control schemes and adjustment methods, points out the problems that may appear in the debugging and the solutions, and provides the experimental results.
