患儿：男，７岁。因胸壁畸形诊断为漏斗胸而入院，术前行胸片检查时发现前上纵隔增宽，结合ＣＴ考虑为胸腺增生，因无症状而进行观察，先行漏斗胸修复术。术后恢复好。１年后来院拔钢板时复查胸片发现纵隔阴影增大而再次入院。体检：气管稍偏向右侧，左肺呼吸音降低。在全麻下
Children: male, 7 years old.
