湖南省平江县1964年冬到1965年春修建11处重点水轮泵站,都是卧式安装,尾水管中的弯曲部分有的是等断面的,有的是变断面的,为求建站迅速,都用钢筋混凝土预制。对弯管的制模,起先是一个难题,由于发动了木工石匠和技术干部出谋献策,想出了很多的办法。由于尾水管是在内部过水,所以对内模形状的要求严格,比较难做,外模可以随便做成多角形,困难是不大的。兹将各种制模办法介绍如下:
