2000年5月,嘉德古籍善本春季拍卖会上出现了一册《大顺律》残本(已定为国家二级文物)。《大顺律》是明末农民战争中李自成大顺政权颁布的法律,各种史料中均未见记载。因此,这次《大顺律》残本的出现,当然地引起了收藏界和学界的普遍关注。经过现场竞拍,国家图书馆成功购得此《大顺律》残本。 2000年4月28日和2000年5月19日的《光明日报》先后登载了田涛先生的《李自成大顺律被发现》、《李自成大顺律刊行于何时》两篇文章,及时报道了《大顺律》被发现的消息,但也许因为时间紧促,有些问题 In May 2000, a copy of “Dashun Law” remnant (which has been designated as a national second-class cultural relic) appeared at the Spring Auctions of Ancient Books of Jiade. The law of big order is the law promulgated by Li Zicheng’s Dashun regime during the peasant war in the late Ming Dynasty, and no record is found in various historical materials. Therefore, the appearance of this “big Shun law” remnants of course has aroused the widespread concern of the collectors and academics.
