[目的]建立印楝中nimbin的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为70∶30),流速1 mL/min,检测波长UV217 nm。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.99994(0.0940~9.3954μg),相对标准偏差为0.14%,回收率为94.9%。[结论]方法简便、重现性好。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for quantitative determination of nimbin in Neem. [Method] ODS column was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water (volume ratio of 70:30), the flow rate of 1 mL / min and the detection wavelength of UV217 nm. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.99994 (0.0940 ~ 9.3954μg), the relative standard deviation was 0.14% and the recovery rate was 94.9%. [Conclusion] The method is simple and reproducible.
