我们与兄弟单位协作,在中药当归芦荟丸治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病(以下简称慢粒)有效的基础上,从中筛选到有效中药青黛。1974年9月至1977年1月期间,我院用青黛治疗慢粒病人17例,至1978年8月时,17例中已死亡者5例,其余12例在最近一次随访时仍存活。17例的平均生存时间已有38.7个月,中数生存期将超过35个月。现简单介绍青黛治疗慢粒17例的情况于下。治疗药物一、青黛是常用中药,味成性寒,入肝经,功能泻肝经实火,散郁火,清热解毒,凉血止血,消斑,治疮疡。青黛是用大青叶作原料在制靛过程中所得到的副产品。大青叶的品种甚复杂,常用者有
