当前,大学生的就业形式异常严峻,特别是我们高职的学生,所承受的压力要比普通的大学生多得多,如何在众多的求职者当中占有一席之地呢?这就要求我们必须精心打造自己的就业核心竞争力,提高自己的职业操守水平,抓住机遇,一展宏图之志。因此,本文从什么是就业核心竞争力入手,揭示提高职业操守水平的重要性,以及通过怎样的授课方式,改变怎样的教学模式,提高同学们的职业操守水平,意在帮助同学们正确审视自我,在学校期间能自觉完成蜕变,同时也为教学改革的探索做出一些新的尝试。
