对神农架保护区大龙潭保护站1只半野生病死川金丝猴的不同部位的肠道内容物进行了微生物多样性研究。在无菌条件下取十二指肠段、小肠段、盲肠段及大肠段4个部位的肠内容物,提取微生物基因组DNA,应用高通量测序技术,对细菌和真菌多样性进行了详细的分析,比较了不同部位肠道的细菌和真菌的丰度、分布、多样性及变化趋势等。发现该川金丝猴肠道细菌主要分属于厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和Synergistetes 7个门,真菌主要分属于子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、接合菌门(Zygomycota)以及未分类真菌(Fungi_unclassified)。细菌丰度最高的是盲肠段,细菌多样性最高的是大肠段,真菌丰度最高的是小肠段,真菌多样性最高的是大肠段。
The microbiological diversity of intestinal contents in different parts of one half-dead squirrel was studied in the great Longtan Reserve Station in Shennongjia Nature Reserve. The intestinal contents of the duodenum, small intestine, cecum and large intestine were taken under aseptic conditions, and the genomic DNA of the microorganism was extracted. The bacterial and fungal diversity were analyzed in detail by high-throughput sequencing The abundance, distribution, diversity and trends of bacteria and fungi in different parts of the intestine were compared and analyzed. It is found that the intestinal bacteria belong to Firmicutes, Verrucomicrobia, Proteobacteria, Fusobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes Bacteroidetes and Synergistetes. The fungi mainly belong to Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Zygomycota and Fungi_unclassified. The highest bacterial abundance is the cecum segment, the highest bacterial diversity is the large intestine segment, the highest fungal abundance is the small intestine segment, and the highest fungal diversity is the large intestine segment.
