物资管理是企业管理的重要内容,在企业之间竞争加剧的情形下,物资管理水平的高低对于企业竞争成败的影响越来越大,如何采取有效措施来全面提升物资管理水平,成为了企业管理的难点以及重点。为此,本文对于企业物资管理概念、主要环节以及作用等进行了简单探讨,总结分析了企业物资管理方面存在的典型性问题,并围绕这些问题有针对性的提出了物资管理水平提升的具体策略。
