市场经济的发展大大推动了事业单位改革的深化,近年来,事业单位的预算管理改革虽然取得了一定成效,但是由于事业单位的特殊性质和传统管理方式的惯性,我国事业单位的现行预算管理体制与国家财政要求仍存在较大差距。因此,我国相关部门仍需要采取措施对当前预算管理改革中存在的问题进行分析解决,建立完善统一的事业单位预算管理体系。鉴于此,本文首先介绍了目前事业单位预算管理改革中的存在的问题,然后介绍了应对这些问题的一系列解决对策,以期对事业单位预算管理改革工作的进行有所帮助。
The development of market economy has greatly promoted the reform of public institutions. In recent years, although the reform of public institution budget management has achieved some success, due to the special nature of public institutions and the inertia of traditional management methods, the current budget management system of public institutions in our country There is still a big gap between the national financial requirements. Therefore, relevant departments in our country still need to take measures to analyze and solve the problems existing in the current reform of budget management and establish and improve a unified budget management system for public institutions. In view of this, this article first introduces the existing problems in the budgetary management reform of public institutions, then introduces a series of solutions to these problems, with a view to helping the reform of the budgetary management institutions.
