目的:探讨新生儿高胆红素血症心肌酶的变化及意义。方法:对148例高胆红素血症及36例非高胆红素血症的新生儿,抽取静脉血测定其胆红素及心肌酶。结果:高胆红素血症组心肌酶(AST,CK,CKMBH,LDH,HBDH)均高于非高胆红素血症组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症可出现心肌酶增高,合并心肌损害,需营养心肌治疗。
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of myocardial enzymes in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 148 cases of hyperbilirubinemia and 36 cases of non-hyperbilirubinemia in newborns, venous blood samples were taken for determination of bilirubin and myocardial enzymes. Results: The levels of myocardial enzymes (AST, CK, CKMBH, LDH, HBDH) in hyperbilirubinemia group were significantly higher than those in non - hyperbilirubinemia group (P <0.05). Conclusion: neonatal hyperbilirubinemia may be increased myocardial enzymes, combined with myocardial damage, requiring nutritional cardiomyopathy.
