目的了解凉山州行政企事业单位人员,对艾滋病防治知识及政策的掌握情况,为评价健康教育效果和针对性开展工作提供依据。方法采用两阶段抽样,对凉山州艾工委成员单位、一般企事业单位、卫生系统单位、教育系统单位,4类单位12 000人进行邮寄问卷调查。结果共获得有效问卷7813份,艾工委成员单位、一般企事业单位、卫生系统单位、教育系统单位人员的艾滋病知识和政策知识总得分,分别为(92.4±9.9)分、(88.2±10.0)分、(90.9±9.5)分和(74.5±24.6)分。其中,艾滋病防治基本知识得分,分别为(45.8±4.6)分、(43.6±4.3)分、(44.4±4.3)分和(38.3±10.4)分;国家艾滋病防治法律法规和地方策略措施得分,分别为(46.6±5.2)分、(44.7±3.6)分、(46.5±5.4)分和(36.7±12.6)分。结论在健康教育工作中,要以行政企事业单位人员为重点,同时向普通大众进行传播,要加强学校尤其是职业技术学校的健康教育工作,要提高健康教育的针对性和实效性。
Objective To understand the personnel of the administrative and institutional units in Liangshan Prefecture and to know about the knowledge and policies on AIDS prevention and control so as to provide the basis for evaluating the effect of health education and carrying out targeted work. Methods Two-stage sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 12,000 people in Aishan Committee of Liangshan Prefecture, general enterprises and public institutions, health system units, education system units and 4 types of units. Results A total of 7813 valid questionnaires were obtained. The total score of HIV / AIDS knowledge and policy knowledge of AIA members, general enterprises and public institutions, health system units and educational system units were (92.4 ± 9.9) points and (88.2 ± 10.0) points respectively. Points, (90.9 ± 9.5) points and (74.5 ± 24.6) points. Among them, the scores of basic knowledge of AIDS prevention and control were (45.8 ± 4.6) points, (43.6 ± 4.3) points and (44.4 ± 4.3) points and (38.3 ± 10.4) points respectively. The national HIV / AIDS prevention and control laws and regulations and local strategy measures scores (46.6 ± 5.2) points, (44.7 ± 3.6) points, (46.5 ± 5.4) points and (36.7 ± 12.6) points respectively. Conclusion In the health education work, it is necessary to focus on the personnel of the administrative institutions, at the same time to spread to the general public, to strengthen the health education in schools, especially vocational and technical schools, to improve the relevance and effectiveness of health education.
