江苏省镇江冶炼厂是一个拥有职工635人、厂房面积10000平方米、年产值1100万元、纯利润达110万元的地方中小型企业。厂内有冶金化工、压力加工、化学分忻、机械等专业技术人员55人。这是一家一直从事二次金属资源再生利用的工厂。该厂利用金属废料生产出各种铁合金(镍铁、钼铁、硅铁、铝铁、钒铁)、合金钢以及镍、钴化工产品。
