超声技术因其无创、简便、可重复检查、准确性高等优势成为产前首选的影像学诊断方法。近年来,随着仪器分辨率和超声医师水平的不断提高,越来越多的微小异常被检出,新的提法和指标亦层出不穷。因此,在临床工作中,部分产科医师对超声报告存在一定的困惑,对其解读有时存在一定的偏差。本文将产前超声技术在产科的应用情况及常见问题的临床解读综述如下,旨在加强沟通,共同提高。
