高校干部起着维护学校教学秩序,贯彻学校的教育方针的作用,对于学校的管理者来说,是需要重点培养的。他们往往在各个组织中担任着中坚力量,所以对高职院校学生干部的培养至关重要。目前,大多数高职院校采用激励机制来鼓励和培养学生干部,一个好的激励机制可以刺激学生干部的积极性,让他们主动地去实现目标,较好的完成老师布置的任务。然而很多院校的激励机制仍存在不完善,不完整,不够体系化,学生执行度不够,热情不持久,奖惩机制不合理等诸多问题,对症下药才是解决问题的良方。这些问题亟待校方从制定合理的组织目标,培养学生良好品性,健全监督体系,完善激励机制,制定激励方案,合理的制定奖惩制度等多方面来解决。
College cadres play a role in maintaining school teaching order and carrying out the school’s education policy. For the school administrators, it is necessary to focus on training. They often hold the backbone in various organizations, so the training of student leaders in higher vocational colleges is crucial. At present, most higher vocational colleges use incentive mechanism to encourage and cultivate student leaders. A good incentive mechanism can stimulate the enthusiasm of student leaders so that they can achieve the goal on their own initiative and accomplish the task of teacher arrangement better. However, there are still many problems such as incompleteness, incompleteness, lack of systematicness, inadequate implementation of students, long-lasting enthusiasm, unreasonable rewards and punishments in many institutions, and so on. These problems need to be solved urgently by the school from formulating reasonable organizational goals, cultivating good character of students, perfecting the supervision system, perfecting the incentive mechanism, formulating the incentive plan, and formulating the rewards and punishments rationally.
