目的 :介绍一种大鼠视网膜定向铺片方法。方法 :对不固定、固定 1~ 12小时及固定 2 4小时以上SD大鼠眼球采用碳素标记视网膜定向铺片 ,剪成上、下、鼻、颞四个区域。结果 :不固定组视网膜容易撕裂 ,固定 2 4小时以上组视网膜周边上卷 ,固定 1~ 12小时组视网膜分离容易 ,铺片后视网膜平整并很好辨别各方向。结论 :该方法简单实用 ,能很好地确定铺片后视网膜的方向 ,对于视网膜节细胞的定量分析等研究有重要意义
OBJECTIVE: To introduce a method of retinal directional placement in rats. Methods: Non-fixed, fixed 1 to 12 hours and fixed 24 hours or more SD rat eye using carbon-labeled retina directional film, cut into four areas: upper, lower, nose and temporal. Results: The retinal detachment group was easy to tear, and the retinal detachment was easy after the group was fixed for more than 2-4 hours. The retinal detachment was easy for 1 ~ 12 hours. The retina was flattened after the filming and the directions were well discriminated. Conclusion: The method is simple and practical, which can well determine the direction of the retina after laying, which is of great significance for the quantitative analysis of retinal ganglion cells
