磨煤机的工作可靠性直接关系到整个制粉系统乃至锅炉机组工作的稳定性。基于存煤量与磨煤机各参数的关系,采用关联度分析和均衡度结合的方法,细致分析存煤量与锅炉系统中运行参数的变化规律,采用MATLAB和Origin软件仿真得到磨煤机适宜煤量下钢球实时冲击动能的变化曲线,为深入研究基于钢球动能的煤量控制方法以及提高锅炉效益提供理论和试验基础。
The reliability of the coal mill is directly related to the stability of the entire milling system and even the boiler unit work. Based on the relationship between the quantity of stored coal and the parameters of the coal mill, the correlation between the amount of stored coal and the operating parameters in the boiler system was carefully analyzed by using the method of correlation analysis and the degree of equalization. By using MATLAB and Origin software simulation, Coal in real-time impact kinetic energy of the ball curve, in order to in-depth study based on kinetic energy of steel coal control methods and to improve the boiler to provide theoretical and experimental basis.
