越来越多研究显示晚期糖化终产物受体(RAGE)与其配体反应在炎症及免疫反应中起重要作用。RAGE作为一种模式识别受体表达于树突状细胞、淋巴细胞、单核巨噬细胞和内皮细胞等多种细胞表面,介导非特异性和特异性免疫应答,参与多种炎症免疫性疾病的发生和发展。本文就RAGE对树突状细胞和淋巴细胞成熟及其功能的影响,探讨RAGE在特异性免疫过程中的作用。
