橄榄科印度没药(Commiphora mukulEngl.)的树脂作动物实验结果表明,具有抗关节炎、抗炎和利尿作用。本文从印度没药的树脂中分离得单环双萜类α-樟脑烯、cembren以及双萜醇allylcembrol。将粉碎的树脂用乙醚在索氏提取器提取两天,醚提取液用5%NaOH振摇,去掉酸性物质。醚液蒸干后,加吉拉德T(Girard-T)试剂,去除羰基化合物。剩下的醚提取物经高真空蒸馏得到四个部分。第Ⅰ部分,沸点40°,n_D~201.4705为香叶烯;第Ⅳ部分,沸点180~220°,n_D~201.5053,经硅胶柱以及含15%AgNO_3的硅胶G薄板进一步层析,得到Rf为0.64;0.42;0.22的色带。Rf0.42部分为油状物,红外光谱及其他性质鉴定表明与α-樟
Commiphora mukulEngl.’s resinous animal experiments show that it has anti-arthritic, anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects. In this paper, the monocyclic diterpenes α-camphor, cembren, and diterpene allylcembrol were isolated from Indian myrrh resin. The comminuted resin was extracted with ether in a Soxhler extractor for two days and the ether extract was shaken with 5% NaOH to remove the acidic material. After the ether solution is evaporated to dryness, Girard-T reagent is removed to remove the carbonyl compound. The remaining ether extract was subjected to high vacuum distillation to give four fractions. The first part of the boiling point of 40 °, n_D ~ 201.4705 for myrcene; Part IV, the boiling point 180 ~ 220 °, n_D ~ 201.5053, silica gel column and 15% AgNO_3 silica gel G plate further chromatography to give Rf 0.64 ; 0.42; 0.22 ribbon.
