本文应用方向余弦矩阵与机构运动的几何等同条件,在空间球面4R机构运动方程的基础上,对单、双、三、四、五和n万向十字轴联轴器的运动传递关系进行了分析,指出其等角速传动的条件,并通过试验研究验证了分析的正确性。此外,在一定转速情况下,测出其传递扭矩器的机械效率,从而大大拓宽了串联十字轴多万向联轴器的应用范围,开阔了它的应用远景。这对于设计、制造和使用十字轴多万向联轴器都具有实际的指导意义。
In this paper, based on the geometrical equivalent conditions of the direction cosine matrix and the movement of the mechanism, the motion transmission relations of the single, double, triple, quadruple, five and n universal joint are analyzed based on the equation of motion of the spherical 4R mechanism. , Pointed out the condition of its isokinetic transmission, and verified the correctness of the analysis through experimental studies. In addition, under a certain speed, the mechanical efficiency of the torque converter is measured, which greatly broadens the application range of the tandem cross-shaft multi-directional coupling and broadens its application prospect. This is of practical guidance for the design, manufacture and use of cross-shaft multi-directional couplings.
