企业思想政治教育要做到理论联系实际,必须基于本系统、本企业的管理实践,灵活运用思想政治教育的原理和方法,以开展各层次的思想政治工作。面对新形势、新常态,企业思想政治教育在反对形式主义方面存在“不严不实”的问题,在社会变革、体制转型过程中尚存在滞后性的问题,在企业管理实践中尤其在体制方面存在被削弱的危险,在企业管理机制方面融入中心工作的效能还不令人满意。文章进一步探讨了企业思想政治教育触动人的灵魂之“道”。
Ideological and political education in enterprises must be based on theory and practice. The principles and methods of ideological and political education must be flexibly utilized based on the management practices of the system and the enterprise so as to carry out ideological and political work at all levels.
